Anna died February 8, 2007 at South Florida Hospital after being discovered unconcious at her hotel room. she was 39 years old. On Monday she checked into the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida with her lawyer and boyfriend, Howard K. Stern. Hotel workers were called by Nicole's private nurse at 1:38 pm and security was sent to the room. Smiths bodygaurd performed CPR until rescue workers arrived.and then at 2:10 p.m she was taken to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood where she died.
